John Boese, AB'03, MBA'13

Product Development Manager, Invesco

Mr. Boese graduated from the College in 2003 with a degree in Sociology and received his MBA from Chicago Booth in 2013 with concentrations in Finance, Economics, and Strategic Management. While in the College, he was a member of the Psi Upsilon Fraternity. He joined Invesco this year as a Product Development Manager for the firm's PowerShares ETFs, in which he oversees the product development process and ongoing maintenance of the current product line. Prior to this role, he worked within Global Structured Products at Nuveen from 2013-17 and occupied successive positions in the corporate/institutional and asset management divisions of Northern Trust from 2007-13. His first role after graduating from the College was at a boutique management consulting firm in Chicago. He lives in the suburbs of Chicago with his wife and spends his free time chasing his toddler and dog around the house. (Table 41)

Gabriel Loboguerrero, AB'16

Associate, KPMG

Mr. Loboguerrero graduated from the College in 2016 with a degree in Economics. While in the College, he was a member of several on-campus groups such as the Men's Volleyball Team, Sigma Chi Fraternity, and UChicago Careers in Business. Mr. Loboguerrero just recently joined KPMG as an Associate to work under the firm's Investment Banking practice specializing in sell-side M&A transactions. Previously, he worked at Credit Agricole Corporate and Investment Bank as an analyst in the Chicago office. He currently lives in Chicago and volunteers with Launch U, an organization focused on pairing young professionals with high achieving urban scholars to help expose them to college life and career opportunities. Patrick Phillips, AM'92, AB'92

Associate Director, University of Chicago

Mr. Phillips graduated from the College in 1992 with an AB in public policy and an MA in social science. While in the College, he was involved with the Organization of Black Students (OBS), Campus Theater, WHPK, tutoring, and was an Office of Admissions volunteer. Upon graduating, Mr. Phillips began his career as a private banker and stock broker with Northern Trust in Chicago. After 10 years at Northern Trust, he spent another 15 years as a wealth advisor for such firms as Citigroup, Ameriprise Financial, and Robert W. Baird & Co. He lives in Chicago with three children. His hobbies include martial arts, biking, jogging, reading, and travel. (Table 45)

John Warren, AB'15

Regional Consultant, Goldman Sachs

Mr. Warren graduated from the College in 2015 with a degree in Political Science. While in the College, he was involved in UChicago Careers in Business and the rugby team. After graduating, Mr. Warren worked for Alliance Bernstein as a private wealth associate and later, an internal wholesaler at Guggenheim Investments. Today, he works for Goldman Sachs Asset Management as a Regional Consultant. (Table 43)
